Her love of photography began with a Kodak Instamatic camera; a gift given to her by her mom and dad when she was 8 years old. Since that Christmas day, Jeanette was hooked.
Jeanette is a unique photographer, beginning her career as a teacher. Creating shorTcake phoTography, combined her two passions: photography and working with children and families. She knows how to relate, making clients feel safe, happy and relaxed (important ingredients for a successful portrait sitting!).
"Shortcake" shoots her portraits at local parks and in her portrait studio.
